Privacy: what FX Licence Check Kenya stores
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Here is exactly what that means, and what other people still see.
What this site stores about you: nothing
FX Licence Check Kenya sets no cookies. It uses no local storage, no session storage and no fingerprinting. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no tag manager and no social widget on any page. You can check: open the developer tools on any page here and look at storage and at the network requests.
We have no accounts, no logins and no newsletter, so there is no database with your name in it. If you have never written to us, we hold nothing that identifies you.
| Mechanism | Used here | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Cookies | No | Nothing is set, first or third party |
| Local and session storage | No | Nothing is written to your browser |
| Analytics of ours | No | No script, no pixel, no tag manager |
| Accounts or logins | No | There is no database with your name in it |
| Newsletter or forms | No | Nothing to subscribe to |
| Fingerprinting | No | No device or canvas identification |
Check it yourself: developer tools, the storage tab and the network tab, on any page here.
What our host sees
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it records the technical details of a request - IP address, time, the page asked for, the browser string - in its own logs, to serve the page and to keep the service up. That processing is Cloudflare's, under its own terms, and we do not build profiles from it.
| Party | What it sees | Why it is there |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Pages | The request, your IP and browser string, in its own logs | It serves the files |
| The broker, after you follow a partner link | Whatever its own site collects, under its own policy | You left this site |
None of it passes through us, and we build no profile from any of it.
Links to the broker we work with
Outbound partner links on this site go through an address on this domain that redirects to the broker and attaches a tag naming the page you came from. The tag identifies the page, not you: it carries no name, no email, no device id.
Once you are on the broker's site you are in their hands, with their cookies and their privacy policy, which is the one that governs anything you do there - including opening an account. Read it before you fund anything.
The one advertisement on this site is an image we host here, on this domain, with the headline written as ordinary text on the page. Loading it tells nobody anything: no request leaves this site for it, and no advertiser sees your browser until you choose to follow the link.
| What it is | How it is marked | Who pays |
|---|---|---|
| A partner link to a broker | Marked sponsored, behind a label saying where it goes | The broker may pay us if you open an account |
| The register extract | Copied from the regulator | Nobody can pay to be in it, out of it, or described differently |
| Everything else on the page | Not for sale | No editorial placement, no paid ranking |
You pay nothing extra for using a partner link, and the payment changes nothing on the page.
If you write to us
Mail to [email protected] reaches an ordinary mailbox. We keep the message as long as it is useful - a correction thread stays while the page it fixed is live - and we do not add you to anything or pass it on.
Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, and say when it is done. The address for that request is the same one.
What this address can and cannot do
- Correct a wrong figure, date or licence number
- Yes — send the source you checked
- Explain how a number on a page was worked out
- Yes
- See, move or recover money in a trading account
- No — this is not a broker
- Release a withdrawal or settle a dispute with a firm
- No — the broker's own support first, then the CMA
- Say what to buy, when, or which broker to use
- No — that is regulated advice
- Sell a link, a review or a placement
- No
Where a firm is not on the CMA register, the regulator has no power to help either — which is the reason this site exists.
Changes to this page
If the site starts doing something that touches your data - an analytics tool, a comment form, a saved preference - this page changes before that ships, not after, and the date below moves. The honest version of a privacy page is the one that describes what the site does today.
So the date is the claim, not decoration: it says when someone last opened the built site and checked this page against it. If you find something here that the pages no longer do, or something they do that is not here, that is a correction and the address above is where it goes.
What would make this page change
- An analytics tool, a pixel or a tag manager
- Page changes before it ships, not after
- A form, a comment box or a login
- Page changes, and says what the form stores
- A saved preference, even a harmless one
- Page changes: that is local storage
- A new price or image service called by your browser
- Named on this page, with what it sees
- Nothing of the sort added
- Page stays as it is, and so does the date on it
Everything above is checkable without trusting us: the storage and network tabs of your own browser say what any page here actually does.
Questions
No. No cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting. The broker you reach through a partner link does use them, under its own policy.
We have no data to sell. There are no accounts, no forms and no analytics, so there is no dataset about visitors to sell, share or lose.
The same address as everything else: [email protected]. Ask for your correspondence to be deleted and it will be.
